In a cooking pot or casserole, pour at least 2 cups of water and 2 cups of white sugar. Then dissolve the sugar. In another pan, pour about 6 cups of water and let it boil. You will need a blender or ice grinder. Put the long grain rice into the blender until it is crushed. Then add a stick of cinnamon and turn on again the blender. Lastly, strain it. Prepare a cheese cloth, strainer, and a bowl. Pour down the mixture you made through the blender and strain it. Add the simple syrup and stir it again.
